As you have probably heard, Area 51 is our nations #1 top-secret military base. You have to have clearances, licenses, and permits out the Wazoo even to enter the area, or you will get shot! The bureaucrats at Area 51 have even forced all Aliens who take off or land there to have a special high dollar permit. As one can imagine, the Aliens complained bitterly, but lost in the end. Now, if caught operating any special vehicle without proper licensing, Aliens can be subject to penalties including, but not limited to, intergalactic fines, vehicle impoundment, stellar imprisonment, and/or sentenced and incarcerated at the US Intergalactic Genetic Coalition of Biological Testing Institute for Human Intellectual Advancement.
A former Area 51 employee sold us a limited quantity of space ship clearance passes and since you probably don't own or know how to fly a space ship, we will sell you one for a measly $3.95. If you tell anyone you purchased it from NIC, we will deny it, and if you sell it to any unlicensed alien, prepare for a visit from the men in black!
