As large as Area 51 is, you can imagine how crowded the flight paths are with hundreds of space ships and flying saucers careening to and fro. The Area 51 "ETLA" (Extra Terrestrial Licensing Authority) has stepped in and issued UFO captain's space licenses. When aliens break the law or permanently leave Earth, we get their licenses. Your driver's license collection will be totally incomplete without one of these! ETLA cards now available on a limited basis. Warning: some of the Alien's photos may not appear particularly attractive to humans, but bear in mind that we appear equally hideous to them!
