Most legitimate businesses use a tax exemption certificate to delay paying sales taxes on merchandise being purchased for resale. However, it's frequently difficult to remember your number, and there is never a place on your certificate for a photo. On the front of this two color, double sided Tax Exempt ID card, there is room for a photo, personal and business information and certificate number. On the reverse side of this ID card there is a notice that states: This card is for the convenience of the bearer. Possession and use in no way relieve the bearer of the responsibility to comply with all local, state, and Federal laws and regulations. You'll be able to impressively claim your legal right to purchase merchandise without paying taxes! However, remember that you should only use this card if you have a valid tax certificate. Any other use would be a violation of the law.
