On the front of this three color, double sided Special Operations ID card, there is room for a photo, rank as well as a card number. With assigned locations for personal information and authorized weapons on the reverse side of this card, the front also states the above named: is a member of a special unit of detached duty. While functioning in this capacity he is not subject to the UCMJ, or the laws of any foreign nation. (see reverse) If he should be killed or wounded, DO NOT REMOVE THIS CARD FROM HIS BODY. Contact your commanding officer, or the Political Affairs Officer at the nearest Embassy immediately. It also states that: DUE TO THE CLASSIFIED NATURE OF THIS PROGRAM, THE BEARER IS PROHIBITED FROM MAKING ANY STATEMENT CONCERNING THE NATURE OF HIS MISSION.
