Much like our own Men In Black, the Mexican Secret Service protects dignitaries, investigates wire fraud, counterfeiting, etc., etc., etc. It is said that to be a Mexican Secret Service agent you must also be able to dig a human sized hole very quickly in pitch darkness. What a curious job qualification. I wonder what they burry in those holes? Oh, I know, it is all the broken Piñatas that political opponents have at their permanent dirt nap parties!
