On the front of this three color, double sided International Drivers License card, there is room for a photo, personal information and a signature. This identification is NOT VAILD in the United States and on the reverse side of this card, there is a NOTICE stating: This permit may be presented in 161 contracting and independent countries. Some countries may require a special registration fee be paid in addition to possession of permit. In all countries, for this permit to be valid, a current drivers license MUST be in your possession. Consistent with international regulations, this permit is not valid in the country of issue! . NOT VALID IN THE UNITED STATES!
