NIC Law Enforcement Supply is proud to assist you with your custom folio needs. We have an extensive selection of customizable folios at affordable prices for you to choose from. Our custom folios are among the finest forms of identification available on the market today. Each order is personally made at our in house art department location by our team of skilled professionals. You also have your choice of folio cases included with each set purchased. Not only do we provide the folios available below, we have the capabilities to create custom company identification for businesses both large and small. Be recognized as a professional with our high quality folios. Please note the following policies and procedures when ordering your custom folios.
A: Policies
1. All folio orders are billed as we receive them.
2. There are no refunds or exchanges on folios. Please see Warranty and Returns page for further details.
3. A folio order form must accompany all folio orders. We do not accept verbal confirmation of folio orders. The folio form may be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to us.
4. We may require a letter of authorization depending on the request of the folio.
5. All folio orders take 10 business days to process before shipping.
B: Procedures
1. Please browse our 4 categories of folios/PVC ID's and select the item that you would like.
2a. For Folios: Print the folio form, fill it out, and call NIC to begin the order process.
2b. For PVC ID's, you can order online with a credit card, or if you need a custom ID designed, please print the PVC ID form, fill it out, and call NIC to begin the order process.
3. Fax or email the form to NIC. We DO NOT accept verbal instruction for custom orders. To ensure accurate detail processing, the form must be received.
Also, if you do not have or wish to use a credit card, please feel free to print and fill out the appropriate form. Simply mail the form with a check or money order payable to NIC Law Enforcement Supply to order. Please be sure to include the proper amount of shipping and handling.
