Each order is personally made at our in house art department location by our team of skilled professionals. You also have your choice of folio cases included with each set purchased. *All folio orders are billed as we receive them.
*There are no refunds or exchanges on folios. Please see our Cancellation Policy and Return Policy for further details.
*A folio order form must accompany all mailed in or phoned in folio orders. We do not accept verbal confirmation of folio orders. The folio form may be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to us.
*We may require a letter of authorization depending on the request of the folio. Please see our Custom Order Acceptance Policy for further details.
*All folio orders take 10 business days to process before shipping. No rush orders can be processed.
