San Francisco never had a detective like Harry Callahan. Clint Eastwood's quotes "Do you feel lucky punk!?!" and "Make My Day!" are still used to this day. Many critics consider the original Dirty Harry movie to be the best police action film ever made. The badge that Harry throws into the rock-quarry pond at the end of the movie has been exactly duplicated and is a very striking example of what the San Francisco Police badge carried in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
