Description

On the front of this three color, double sided Concealed Weapons Permit ID card, there is room for a photo, a signature and personal information. On the reverse side of this card it states the conditions of the permit making it "Only valid when consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and accompanied by appropriate documentation. The licensee is then authorized to possess the following firearms:" which has a space provided for weapon information. This card is NOT VALID IF ALTERED, NON-TRANSFERABLE.
