*Please see the badge categories below to begin your custom badge order. The below illustration can guide you in placing your order online.
*If you do not see the badge style you need, you can browse our custom badge catalog, select the badge that you would like, print and complete the custom badge order form and submit to NIC via fax, mail, or email.

*All badge orders are billed as we receive them.
*There are no refunds or exchanges on custom badges. Please see our Cancellation Policy and Return Policy for further details.
*A custom badge order form must accompany all mailed in or phoned in custom badge orders. We do not accept verbal confirmation of custom badge orders. The custom badge form may be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to us.
We may require a letter of authorization depending on the request of the badge. Please see our Custom Order Acceptance Policy for further details.
*All custom badge orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery. No rush orders can be processed.
