A: Policies
- All badge orders are billed as we receive them.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on custom badges. Please see Warranty and Returns Page for further details.
- A custom badge order form must accompany all custom badge orders. We do not accept verbal confirmation of custom badge orders. The custom badge form may be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to us.
- We may require a letter of authorization depending on the request of the badge.
- All custom badge orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

- Print the custom badge order form and fill out with the necessary information. (Some special options are available by request, please call for more information.)
