Every earth bound Alien, including you, needs a 4 Wheeling License so they can strut their stuff. Be prepared to identify yourself as you fly past all those curious earthlings. Just as important as it is to carry your flying saucer license, you must carry your Alien 4 Wheeling License to legally operate any type of recreational equipment. Attention all alien 4 wheel drivers: If caught operating any recreational vehicle without proper licensing, Aliens can be subject to penalties including, but not limited to, intergalactic fines, vehicle impoundment, stellar imprisonment, and/or sentenced and incarcerated at the US Intergalactic Genetic Coalition of Biological Testing Institute for Human Intellectual Advancement.
