The Area 51 "ETLA" (Extra Terrestrial Licensing Authority) has stepped in and issued alien drivers licenses. Attention all alien drivers: If caught operating any vehicle without proper licensing, Aliens can be subject to penalties including, but not limited to, intergalactic fines, vehicle impoundment, stellar imprisonment, and/or sentenced and incarcerated at the US Intergalactic Genetic Coalition of Biological Testing Institute for Human Intellectual Advancement.
