On the front of this two color, single sided Air America No. 2 ID card, there is room for a photo and a signature. With assigned locations for personal information on the same side of this card, the front also states that this PILOT IDENTIFICATION PASS was issued at: HQ, TAN-SON-NHUT, RVN. And it expired in: 1972. This is a great novelty collector card!
